Allowed leaves under Philippine Law


  1. Battered Woman Leave/ BWL – 10 days
  2. Special Leave or Surgical Leave – 2 months
  3. Solo Parent Leave- not more than 7 days
  4. Paternity Leave – 7 days
  5. Maternity Leave- 60 days for normal delivery and 78 days for caesarians
  6. Service Incentive Leave- 5 days
